TEENS-IN-TRANSFORMATION (T-N-T) YOUTH MINISTRY
The purpose of T-N-T is to serve youth ages 12 through High School to help them to develop a closer relationship with God. The goal of T-N-T is to help youth become leaders in their school, communities, and church, help them identify their gifts, and to provide spiritual enrichment for all ages.
T-N-T is based on Romans 12:1-2 which states the following:
12 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
Youth of T-N-T are offered both support and Christ-centered guidance while engaging in a variety of church-based and community activities. Currently, T-N-T meets on a biweekly basis – the 1st and 3rd Fridays at 7:30pm. In addition to the Friday night meetings, youth in T-N-T are encouraged to participate in Youth Bible Study, the EMG Choir, EFB Praise Dance ministry, Sunday School, and all the other ministries in Shiloh Baptist Church.
